Super Exciting News, We’re Hiring!
Licensed Clinical Therapist Position
When you walk into a peaceful office and prepare for your caseload for the day, a smile comes over your face. A sense of joy and fulfillment takes over your body as you see a schedule full of ideal clients you’re actually looking forward to seeing and doing meaningful work with.
You are a licensed mental health professional, ethical, well trained, and can handle the variety of clients you’ve treated in your career, but you find yourself doing your best work and feeling excited when you work with couples who are looking to get it right in their relationships. You’re able to help them redefine what a successful marriage means and help them not only build their coping skills as a couple but get to a truly vulnerable place and uncover their healing connection.
The problem is, in your current situation, you don’t get to have those kinds of experiences in the way you want because you have too many sessions on the books, meetings, charting, and unnecessary paperwork to complete. You’re worn down, and you and your clients deserve better.
You’ve thought about private practice, but the truth is you don’t want to be a business owner and carry the stress that comes with that. You get excited in honing your clinical skills, sharing what you do, and giving back to the community-but you don’t want to be bogged down with accounting, bookkeeping, taxes, business planning, and search engine optimization!
You’d really love to find a private practice where you made more money than the agency you are working at, and more importantly you’d like to feel like you were a part of a truly awesome group of therapists where you are valued and respected for your commitment, integrity, and courage as a clinician. You want to be excited about seeing your coworkers, growing personally and professionally, embracing humor within yourself and your teammates, and having freedom to be creative in the way you help your clients. You want to know that you will have a supportive team dedicated to your growth by consulting with you, showing compassion, and being honest-not just bogged down with endless paperwork and meetings that could have been emails, all of which detract you from being a better clinician.
General Information: This is a W2 employee hourly position, ranging from 20-30 clinical hours/week. Center for Couples Counseling is looking for someone who loves to work with couples who find themselves disconnected, arguing, and blocked from dealing with hurt and pain, but who want to grow stronger in spite of what they’re facing. We take care of the office space, administrative support, branding/marketing, and electronic health records & office needs. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.
As an organization, we value:
Commitment to professionalism, education, and growth
Acting with integrity by being honest, responsible, respectful, and compassionate with yourself, team members, and clients
Courage in being innovative, creative, and showing up for yourself and your clients
Embracing humor
Focusing on what really matters, and letting the rest go
Our practice currently services adults in the League City and surrounding areas, and Texas residents through online therapy. Clinical areas of focus include couples therapy, infertility counseling, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, perfectionism, and self-care.
